Hey there everyone, there seems to be a lot of threads asking about pumps but none with the info im looking for. Ive been doing PE since december of last year and things are going well. But now im looking to replace some of my exercises with a pumping routine so i have a few questions. First off ive read a lot of vague info on if pumping gains are permanent, can anybody give me a straight answer to this? 2nd, has anybody ever done PE exercises and pumping together? Can they benefit each other? Or will it do more harm than good? 3rd, i understand vacutech is the best brand name around for air based pumps? i was also looking at bathmate which is a water based pump. i have no idea whatsoever how either type of pump works so i'd be thankful for an explanation from somebody Those are all the questions i can think of atm but im sure more will come to mind.
