Don't feel at all bad about this one. I have commented on this one many times in other threads and in talking to others. When I worked with the late Gary Griffin many years ago the main thing that became obvious was that length gains by all means depend very heavily on the construction of your penile ligament structures. These include the suspensory ligament, fundiform ligament and the penile web. The ability between individuals to stretch these structures varies wildly. Where some may find stretching easy, others have these structures built like steel cable and they simply will not stretch. As was said by another poster, what pumps do best is to build girth and not length. To be successful at building girth pumping has to be done a minimum of 5 days per week and one has to devote enough time to the activity that the travel of lymphatic fluid into the tissues happens quite quickly. In the beginning it takes the average pumper about 1-2 hours to get significant enlargement and the risk for discoloration and blisters is highest at this time. If that same pumper goes at it on a regular schedule the "fill time" for lack of better terminology becomes shorter and shorter. In most, if done correctly, the fill time within about 14 months will go from 2 hours to about 20 minutes. It is at this point that the permanent girth gains really begin to become apparent. The main problem with most trying this is that they are not consistent and they do not spend enough time at it. In todays world having free time for anything is difficult and free time for penis pumping is subconsciously a discardable activity. This is where the problem lies. It took me some time myself when I was doing this to really understand what had been said and that was that the key words were patience and diligence. I did not have a great deal of success with length but I did manage over time to gain enough girth that I basically had to stop because my other half began to have trouble doing the "deep throat" act. I have retained about 80-85% of the girth I gained at that time and it is permanent. The best way is to remember 10min under vacuum, release and rest, 10min under vacuum release and rest, 10 minutes under vacuum, release and rest, and you repeat this until you have a decent amount of lymphatic fluid transfer. Always be careful to allow oxygenation time, but in the beginning you are going to need about 120 minutes total under vacuum. You do this at the lowest possible vacuum level that works for you. By doing it that way you greatly reduce the chances for injury or blistering and if anything feels painful quit and come back another day. The other thing is that I found the VacuTech thick wall cylinders to be far more effective because they were far more comfortable to wear. There are now oval shapes as well for those who are that shape or want that shape from VacuTech. The cylinder comfort level makes a ton of difference in that a comfortable cylinder under vacuum makes pumping easier and thus you want to do it more often. Good Luck. . . . .
