I have used pumps on and off for years, and I my opinion they will increase your penis size, lenght and girth, but mainly girth temporarily whilst you continue to use it.
Stop for a week or so and it will return to it normal everyday size.
I am a great believer in that your DNA determines the size of your penis, and no pill, pump, extender will permanently make any difference, pumps are just fun to use.
What does your wife think about experiencing a really big dick, have you asked her?
