The native American Lenape tribe has a receipe for groundhog, which was written out to be "the same way you would do oppossum. Feed it corn for a week, then slaughter." In order to sweeten the flesh for a meal.

Somehow rodent doesn't seem to be on my palate, and I've et muskrat. Needs beer.

When was the last time he didn't see his shadow? The past few years whenever I realize it's groundhogs day or hear about Phil he always sees his shadow.
