I love it! I purchased from Amazon a couple months ago, and I haven’t really had to douche since. I do agree with @Marlow95 though that it does make you a little gassy.

It's just soluble fiber. Any fiber supplement will do the same thing at a fraction of the price.

I use it and it does what it claims. Drinking water essential. It takes about a week for it to actually work properly. ...I also get mine from Amazon, with Prime, no shipping.
