I've never used any of these with a woman so I can't vouch for their efficacy. From what I understand a lot of sensitivity issues are anatomical -- the so-called "hooded clitoris." I have a friend who is completely hooded and struggles with orgasm. Of course, the other sensitivity issue is psychology, not that that's any simpler to repair.
I hate to sound like a bitch; but it would actually be easier for you to do PE. The female anatomy is a lot more complex than the males' especially when it comes to sex.
