I added pygem for the last two weeks. Two capsules some days and one the other days. Increased flaccid hang and fullness being turned on more often. More Precum. More sex drive. Stacked it with my l arginine supplement I take normally.

When I cycle back I'm doing Pygeum, Zinc, L-arginine, Lecithin, Celery Seed, and Saw Palmetto. I've cut out some of the other stuff. I finished off my Maca and Damiana yesterday. Super yohimbe - 2 a day
Pygeum - 3 a day
Zinc - once daily
Arginine - 6 a day (urgh might cut these out, huge and hard to swallow)

Only on day 2. Dont know if its placebo but I woke up throbbing hard. I dont like to jerk off before getting up so I woke up and my balls felt so full. The good tingly full.
