It has Tribulus, Maca, and a blend inside that. Including Fenugreek, Longjack, horny goat weed, etc. Just something new I'm trying.

I'm using NOW sunflower lecithin but it's getting difficult to find it most of the shops here are giving up this and selling the soy lecithin. Every time I read about it I get that the sunflower is better so I don't understand why the soy seems to get more demand.

Anyone here tried both and have some feedback to share about them?

So I’ve cycled pygeum twice now and gotten the same results.
I also take l arginine but the pygeum puts it to level 11.

but I get mucus buildup in my throat within a day of starting the cycle and it lasts over a week after ending.

That's a pretty good schedule. I vary mine up from 3 weeks to 6 weeks on and the 2 to 6 weeks off. The body has a way of adapting to repetitious activities so I like to keep it guessing.
It works well because the other day I flexed a most muscular pose and held it for a few seconds and then felt a gob of pre drip out. I thought it was piss but when I went in to examine, I saw it was pre.

I started with the dosage listed and then increased after a few weeks.

I started with Pyguem and Saw Palmetto both 350 mg.
Erections got harder and more easier to achieve, compared to problems before. Semen definitely increased in volume, but nothing when it comes to precum. I’ve started taking zinc too. Usually precum a tiny bit after assplay

I always tell people here not to expect changes overnight. It can take some time and you have to be patient when it comes to increasing your precum.

For me worst part is to manage the right way of doing reverse kegels. No worries about the normal ones but the reverse I think I'm doing it all wrong and I know that they are one important piece of the puzzle to push the precum out like some of you do

Always good to ask questions. Are you taking Pygeum by itself as well as the Saw Palmetto? I know some places sell them as one combined supplement. And how long have you been taking them?
