What’s everyone’s current stack?

My daily stack at the moment:
Pygeum: 1,000 mg (2x daily)
Celery Seed: 505 mg (2x daily)
Sunflower Lecithin: 2400 mg
Maca: 500 mg (1-2x daily)
Lysine: 1000 mg
Arginine & Ornithine 1000/500 mg
Zine: 50 mg
Swedish Flower Pollen: 1 tablet (3x daily)

I take this to help with precum and cum production. And so far, they've been doing wonders (especially SFP) I'm currently taking a breaking pygeum for a couple of weeks, but will start back up either next monday or the following.

okay, so i'm trying this out, I've been on pygeum for a month now and noticed virtually no difference in preseminal or seminal production.

I don't think I like this stuff at all. It makes it difficult for me to control both my bladder and bowels, and I'm also way more irritable and quick to anger. not to mention anxious. My heart rate goes way up about a half hour after taking pygeum. The anxiety is actually negatively affecting my sexual prowess and I've been unable to get an erection the last couple of times I had sex.

Reading this thread made me so hopeful, because I've always been ashamed of being circumcised and having such a dry dick. I've always had to edge for a really long time to even produce one drop of precum. But so far my trials are showing me that pygeum is bullshit. I guess I'll keep at it until my supply runs out.

still. Things that work? for bigger, fuller balls? do Tongkat Ali cause that works. More readily occuring erections that feel fuller? Try Pine Pollen (I need to re-up on that stuff! I'm out!). Want thicker, whiter semen? Zinc. Want bigger loads and to produce more precum? There is no such thing as far as I've searched.

Pygeum will be added to the list of things I've tried that have either disappointed me or negatively effected me, along with Dong Quai, Horny Goat Weed, L-Arginine, Lecithin, and Maca

Hey big guy, what was the negative effects of Dong Quai?
Nothing overly negative other than a heavy thirst and constant peeing and heightened pulse, like pygeum but not as bad. Except that Dong Quai I think may have made my loads smaller, dried me out a little.

Pygeum has actually been treating me a little better since I cut my dosage way down. Maybe it's the heavy dosing people are doing that isn't for me.

I had similar responses the first two or three of cycles I did pygeum. This last time I started out at a really low dosage and upped it on a weekly basis over several weeks to about 1,500 mg a day. There was some increase in precum, some. Also at some point in the earlier cycles it had been more difficult to get an erection... and the bladder urgency/frequency was concerning...I was embarassingly irritable. With the later cycles either I was more aware with better control or took it for granted or slowly ramping up made it less serious. After a week or so since ending this last cycle I noticed my pre is definitely triple or quadruple what I had been producing in a shorter amount of time. I also find it is much easier to get aroused with just my imagination and I have to be more on top of my thoughts in public places. Also the normal pattern of men experiencing arousal with less effort in the hours just before waking is Very Noticeable. ..and the joy of edging is at the moment the most powerful I've ever consistently experienced. I've become a serious definitely an embarassingly obvious goon-er. Oh yes, I don't especially notice urgency at the moment. I'll likely give myself another week or so without pygeum before I start back. There is no law saying you must take pygeum. I did manual/natural foreskin restoration almost ten years off and on to get some coverage and some ball stretching. Perhaps that has helped in several areas. The most important thing I can think of is take care of your nutritional, physical and social health safely and carefully. No one else can do it for you. Your health is your wealth. ...everything else is icing on the cake.

Back to cycling... I think I did about six weeks and tapered off and didnt' take anything except B-12 and the minimum dose of vitamin-B, flax and chia for about a month or so, then started a second cycle. After cycling off the third time is when I noticed the sustained "improvement." Some guys notice it during taking pygeum. Others notice after they stop. Maybe pygeum is not the mix that will do what you need... But I shared my story... Oh yeah... one more thing I did improve my vegan diet. Potato chips are vegan, but anything that clogs up blood vessels will also clog up penile blood vessels and spinal blood vessels too. I've added at minimum 2 servings dark leafy greens and Lots of fresh fruit (no juice!) and a few tree nuts. Which reminds me... time for my night time chai... Oooo and for me, beets, which open up blood vessels might be another support to the 'plumbing.' I wish you success. You may want to try cycling off/on a couple of times before making a final verdict.. and start light.

Woo-hoo!!! This is nothing compared to the men who've been cycling longer but,.. I did enough pre to lightly mark some pants after just seeing some "instructional" materials (porn) for the last half hour. ...and definitely marked the briefs. This is progress for me. And I'm doing only 100 mg twice a day. By the time I finish this cycle in a month or so I'll be doing 600-800 2x day. ...and all body and emotional functions are running close to baseline.

I did enough pre to lightly mark some pants after just seeing some "instructional" materials (porn) for the last half hour. ...and definitely marked the briefs. This is progress for me. And I'm doing only 100 mg twice a day. By the time I finish this cycle in a month or so I'll be doing 600-800 2x day. ...and all body and emotional functions are running close to baseline.
That's good news! The one thing I have always pushed in this thread is the importance of cycling. A few people have messaged me and asked specifics because they cycled and still didn't see anything right away. It takes a little time, but it usually works.

I did take some L-citrulline. It pumps me up really good! First time I took it felt a bit dizzy for couple of hours, but next intakes were without any side effects. I've never tried L-Arginine, tho.
Eventually, I stopped L-citrulline because I don't have a need to be that much pumped :D Being so pumped actually a bit worsens stamina for training like running, push-ups/pull-ups.

I mean the same thing as in bodybuilding: more blood comes to your muscles to supply more oxygen, hence the muscles look much bigger and swollen. In case of L-citrulline this applies both to your muscles and your dick as well. Erection is bigger and easier to reach and maintain.

I can recommend to try it out, it's quite interesting; but besides the pumping I did not notice any other differences like cum volume, changes in libido, etc.
