Actually the muscle you're looking for is the one you use when you stop pissing mid-stream. Next time you take a piss, try stopping the stream multiple times, and get used to that clenching feeling. Then repeat it regularly when you're just sitting down and it'll improve those muscles a lot. You can work the rectal muscles as well, but they aren't really important in this specific scenario.
I recall at a family gathering, hearing a male cousin say "I was pissing, it's not like you can just stop midstream". I didn't say anything but thought "of course you can". Guess he needs to do kegel exercises. I've always been able to start & stop my stream.

I saw results in my workouts as well as heavy volume of white-ish pre spill out while jacking off or getting fucked. Yes. I just tried it. I took it for a month and couldn't handle it anymore. For me, it caused anxiety and depression and if you're prone to either it makes it exceedingly worse. I've read some men become just irritable. Wasn't worth it. And the more I read the more its really meant to be used for only a few days as it screws with your hormones so much. Give it a try if your levels are really low...but if they aren't...I say stay away.

Hello, I know most if not all of us are doctors (lucky me if one of you are! ;) ) but before trying the stack, I read up on taking each supplements and I learned that taking zinc and l arganine supplements aren’t the best of ideas. It said that I should only take about 10 mg of each. In short, they say don’t take supplements of either unless prescribed by a doctor. However, from a similar health website, it says that one 3 oz serving of oysters have 6x times the daily recommended amount! Wow!!! Furthermore, the site also says that eating oysters daily will improve my zinc intake. But it’s not just the zinc with contradicting info, but the l arganine too. The daily recommended dose is 10 mg, but 1 lbs of red mean contains a whopping 4 grams!! I don’t know what to believe as one source says taking the supplements are a bad idea, while another says taking many times over the daily amount through food is good. Should I take the supplements, so should I just stick to oysters and steak? And if I ended up not taking both, how muck will the lack of zinc and l arganine reduce the volume of my loads??

I started doing the kegel exercises about a month prior to my prostatectomy, and they helped tremendously with post surgery incontinence. I was also given advice by my urologist to not do them while urinating, but rather while sitting. I also seem to have stronger feeling orgasms, but alas no semen any longer to see if I would be shooting further. The trade off is that I'm cancer free 3 1/2 years post surgery.
