Yeah cistanche is really only reported to be an EQ enhancer and stimulator of blood circulation. I get everything from Lost Empire Herbs because I've been buying pine pollen from them for years and occasionally try another male herb that they recommend. I got it in powdered form, and while I really liked its bitter earthy taste, it had the negative side effects of most other male herbs I've tried that didn't make the bonuses worth it. but yes I did get harder erections, more precum and more cum from it. but i also get the hormonal rollercoaster from it just like I do from pygeum or tongkat ali or swedish flower pollen, like the botanical equivalent of 'roid rage. Granted, according to this thread, this seems to be a peculiar sensitivity that I have that others aren't as likely to experience, so cistanche might be perfectly positive for you.

I’ve been taking three tablets each day with lunch. I’ve also started taking 100mg of zinc. I definitely need to take that with food or I get an awful upset stomach. It took about 5 days to kick in

That's an excess of zinc and too much can cause stomach problems even with food. The max recommended should be 50 a day

After a very successful month of taking Pygeum, I’m trying cycling off of it for a month, to see what happens. I’m 1 week in of not taking it, and so far I haven’t seen any decline in my precum production, which I’m very happy with. I’m sure the effects of the Pygeum will wear off over time. How much time, I’m going to find out!

No matter what, I’m going to go back on Pygeum in 30 days to stick with the cycle.

Yes, big change. I was taking the recommended dose of Swanson’s Pygeum,so 500mg per day. I have a post at the bottom of page 172 of this thread detailing my first impressions on Pygeum.

I'm 22 years old now, and the only reason I want to try this is because I want to have some precum(and i have never precum) I read some posts there, and it seems it can help, but I'm afraid that it may cause some problem like I need to take this for a really long time.

If it makes you feel better, if you try it and after a few weeks you're getting any side effects, you can simply stop taking it and after a few days it'll all be out of your system. None of the side effects I've seen or heard of have been emergencies so you're pretty safe to at least try the supplement out and determine if it works for you or not.

I get negative side effects which I've posted a lot about in this thread, but none of them are permanent and only occur on the day of ingestion. Not everyone seems to experience those side effects as well. So there's no harm in experimenting as long as you're aware of your own body. Do start at lower dosages though, as a lot of the dosages people are listing in this thread were built up to over time.

coming up on my second cycle of pygeum. going to be taking the Swanson 500mg and will report changes in 7 days. its been about 3 weeks off and the effects from the first run have gone away completely.

I started my first round of pygeum this Monday, so fo not very effective. I don't know if I should go celibate at this time. I'm so horny every night. When I jerk off, there is still lack of precum.
I bought Swanson's Pygeum, which each contains 400mg of bark pygeum, so I took 4 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. And I followed some suggestions that drinking a lot of water.
Since i live in China now it's quite hard to buy good pygeum. Anyway, I'll keep trying. Lets see how it will be after a month.

2 weeks off the Pygeum now, and my precum production is still very elevated. I think I’m noticing a very slight decline from when I was on the Pygeum, but it’s barely noticeable difference. Very happy the effects are continuing even after stop taking it. I’ll post another update next week.
