Sixthy I always enjoy your commentaries as they are full of helpful details for me. I've been taking some of your information and applying them to my routine and I think I've begun to see some changes.

I've tried a number of the supplements suggested here and with different combinations and varying doses.
L-Arginine, Pygeum, Lecithin, zinc, celery seed, fenugreek, NAC, L-citruline to name a few with no noticeable difference in precum volume.

I went off all that stuff for about a month mostly out of disappointment but I restarted taking another combination of supplements. and I've been on them for a week. I'm taking L-Arginine, Pygeum, zinc, Lecithin (sunflower) and the new item to the mix is Maca. I am wondering if Maca is what has done it for me.

To add further information, I haven't had sex of any form for over a week. I am trying to edge better and not orgasm. Sixthy you mentioned utilizing Kegels as a way of working your PC muscles and so during the week I took 20 minutes or so a day and worked on the PC's to the point that by the end of each session my PC's were getting tired and hard to clench anymore.

During the week, I got into contact with someone on Reddit that had posted a short 3+ second gif of him dripping precum like a waterfall, that was his name for the gif. Thanks for this information. This was really helpful to me. I Feel like I had a general idea how to get going, and for the most part was having some success. However, I wasn't sure how exactly to time the combination of contraction and relaxation to actually control my output. I tried this technique of relaxing to allow the flow to begin and the contraction to push out what had begin flowing, and I've had more success than before. I still have a long way to go before I get to the point I would like to reach, but I'm excited to see the progression.

1.) Does pygeum need to be maintained to continue seeing the same results?
2.) Is there a limit to pygeum...? It sems that those that have a large flow can increase it by a lot each time they go on pygeum which begs the question.

1. Yes. A consistent cycle will allow your body to get trained into making more and more. The longer you cycle, the more you will notice.

2. It's really more of a tolerance aspect of it. Some people get upset stomachs with 2 pills and others can do like up to 6. I wouldn't advise going over 200 migs in a day tho. The way you are doing it is a good way.

3. Is there a such thing as too much? LOL I find my gobs don't saturate my boxers as much when I'm on an off cycle so I would assume that if I were to stop lecithin and pygeum all together, then my precum production would subside to a "normal" level.

4. Daily life is normal. You just need to be aware of the ease of leakage and what causes it so that you don't walk around with visible wet spots when you don't want them.

While you're at it, you can pick up a bottle of celery seeds from the same site. It never really made my loads white. Quite the contrary, actually. The pygeum thickened my cum and it would just gob out when normally I shoot with range. Once I added the celery and water, it watered back up and allowed for a less viscous load. Only draw back is the precum wasn't as stringy as it used to be, but it still pours out. I'm pretty sure if I ditched the celery and just did the pygeum, my precum would stretch for days and not pour out as much. It's probably why I soak boxers and jock straps so much.

Had a quick question. While I'm off of the pygeum, I've noticed my pre being less thick and sticky. Others have mentioned that they stopped their lecithin. Should this be something I do as well or is there something else i can do? Will celery seed fix it?

There are some solid sups there and this thread was found when looking at the link they use for pygeum. They show some good results from only 4 days of their stack, pre quality wise.

Now I'm confused... I've always understood kegels to be the retract muscle in the pelvic floor, but the reverse is just not using that muscle? How do you train something that you don't do?
I find the muscles utilized in a reverse kegel hard to isolate, but I can. I have the most success if I'm in a hard clench for a regular kegel and as I release I continue to push. Push like you are trying to really make your piss fly out of your body.

If I do it standing with my pelvis pushed way forward I can feel the muscles go from what I envision as being closed to open. Try standing in a doorway with your elbows on the jam and lean forward leading with your hips. Do a kegel, hold, start to relax and push through/bear down like you want to piss hard. Works for me.
