2 weeks of taking pygeum now... When masturbating I never used to have anything come out at all before I would cum. - Zinc
- Pygeum
- Damiana
-Horny Goat Weed
- Lecithin

I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I haven't made it a point to take it with or without food... I'd say most of the time without.

My diet is both meat and vegetables but usually tends to be more veg than meat.

I find that hydration is key. If I'm a little dehydrated (chapped lips, dry mouth) it comes to a screeching halt...
