Hey everyone...
Since it's been a while, just wanted to let you all know that things are... happening.
So yeah, again, as someone who never really made pre before, lately I've started to leak pretty easily though it only happens with stimulation (i.e. it doesn't just leak being horny, I have to actually touch my dick). Still, a start's a start. I tried adding straight up beta sitosterols into my mix and that did increase the flow quite a bit though I noticed the consistency was off -- more so wet than sticky. HOWEVER, I tried a few other supplements such as celery seed extract and pumpkin seed oil and I think that's been the most effective. The pre started getting thicker and stickier and I actually feel a bit hornier overall. And that was only after four or so days on the new stack.
All last week, my stack was as follows, split between morning and evening:
- 4 x 100mg Carlisle/Piping Rock pygeum extract (12.5%)
- 2 x 1200mg NOW sunflower lecithin
- 6 x 505mg Solaray celery seed extract
- 4 x 1000mg Best Naturals pumpkin seed oil
Didn't really have any bad side effects but I kind of got sick of taking so many capsules a day. However, given
@keshablah 's new post, I'm going to focus on the pygeum, celery seed, and pumpkin seed oil mixture as those seem to be qualitatively working both for myself and others who are proven heavy pre-ers. That and this
anecdote about pumpkin seed oil was kinda hot so... I had to try it.
For now, my stack is:
- 8 x 100mg Carlisle/Piping Rock pygeum extract (12.5%)
- 6 x 505mg Solaray celery seed extract
- 8 x 1000mg Best Naturals pumpkin seed oil
- At least a gallon of water a day
Yeah, I know I complain about taking so many capsules and the new stack is even more... BUT, the extracts are much smaller pills than the lecithin so they're much easier to swallow. That and these actually seem to have some effect on me; regardless of how much lecithin I took, I didn't really notice a difference.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: SOMETIMES IT'S LESS ABOUT WHAT SUPPLEMENTS YOU TAKE, AND MORE ABOUT HOW MENTALLY AROUSED YOU ARE. I noticed there was a consistent difference between whether or not I was just jerking off out of boredom OR I was actually super horny/turned on by talking to someone sexy. Whereas I didn't really make any pre with the former just looking at porn, with the latter I'd find myself sometimes continuously oozing. Part of my earlier complaint with coping with anxiety and depression earlier this year is naturally a buzzkill for sexy time, but now that I've been focused on being overall healthier, sexuality included, I find it's getting easier to get to be mentally aroused again and just.. really into the whole thing rather than just jerking because I'm bored or I feel the need to prove something to myself (that I'm a male with a libido or being impatient with the supps hahaha). Like kesh said, it's important to focus on what you're fantasizing about and not let your mind get distracted.
That said, I find that I get super turned on reading people's pre-related stories, even without pictures, which got me thinking: hey, I'm a writer. I should write sexy things related to this. So I think imma start a blog on here related to my journey if only to start a feedback loop. I might also write some interesting fiction involving hypnotic suggestion... Because if I'm honest, just thinking about these ideas are kinda getting me excited.
But yeah.. I know this thread's dedicated mainly to pygeum but anyone have any good results with pumpkin seed oil too or other supps lately?
