Q. I take a herbal Viagra freely available here in Thailand.
I am 70 years old and can get a very good erection and am currently using the patches to get it even bigger.
My problem is that when erect, it takes me a long time to ejaculate. If I am making love to my wife, I run out of energy before I cum.
If someone masturbates me by hand, then this is much quicker, but doesn't help me in bed.

Big Al: I would recommend doing a reverse "Stop and Start"- the goal being to lower your sensory threshold by conditioning your penis through touch masturbation with the goal being to ejaculate as quickly as possible using a very light grip. I would recommend against any other kind of stimulation during this conditioning process (except for sexual activity).
