Gates and Manafort have been publicly indicted for crimes, they negotiated to be on "house arrest" as part of their pleas. So what crimes has Hillary Clinton been indicted for? What crimes has she been officially charged with? We don't put ankle bracelets on people who are not indicted. They are not used pre-emptively. Once again, what website did you get that photo from? Photoshop is very easily done. Show your source.
I posted the image with a question because it was brought up at 8Chan where they found it suspicious that both politicians started wearing them at around the same time.
It also coincided with the increase in sealed indictments which created a lot of conjecture. I recognise that it might be a total coincidence and not mean anything.
