You can get a VelSeal tube from pumptoys and combine it with a hand pump brake bleeder... this is what I plan to do when I start pumping. A pressure gauge helps too. There are other tubes out there; you can probably get a solid pump setup for about $50 (or maybe even less).

Pumping with intermittent jelqs between sets is a great way to build girth, and you can gain a bit of length in the process too.
