Capoeira is Afro-Brasilian martial art...its fun and many practice it young and old does not matter, as any class go at you pace and level and than you graduade step by step..and the music and the sounds, OMG!...I have inclued another clip showing the samba fun in the capoeira circle, where kids and pregnant woman are part of it too...

Yes, its a fun and energizing exercise for you and anyone! There are classes in many big cities of the world, go have a look!:wink:

OMG...i love many brasilian style of music and the ritmic and percussion, ulala...it invites for action or better - demands action from my body get involve in it...:biggrin1:

But yes, dear Giselle, I love latin rhythms of all kinds. I grew up in the northeastern US where there were a lot of puerto ricans and cubans in my city. Latin music was everywhere on the street and on the radio. But I have never heard of Capoeira. Thanks so much for bringing it here.

Now what are the chances of finding a Capoeira group here in Ohio where they consider yodeling to be exotic?
