Question about jelqing

Okay....Ive read theres two ways of jelqing. First, you do a continous milking motion with both hands (one at time). And the second one is where you keep one hand on the base of your penis and with the other hand you do the same milking motion. So.... do they both do the same kind exercise on improving length and girth, or does one actually improve on one thing better than the other? Thx

Uncircumcised men seem to prefer the method of keeping the non-stroking hand at the base. With enough good lube, circumcised and uncircumcised men alike can do the hand-over-hand method.

I heard some time ago that if you hold it at the base and jelq w/ one hand that it helps in enlarging the head (glans). The head does seem to get a little bigger when I do it that way, but I don't normally do it very much.
