Hey all so I need some help here. First let me start off by saying I am not circumcised I have a question about spots I seem to have on my penis that have me kinda concerned. I'm hoping maybe someone out there has something similar or can at least give me some ideas. Alright so I already know I have penis papules which is nothing to be concerned about it's not associated with any STD or anything that's no big deal. What does concern me is pretty far down under my foreskin I have other bumps that don't look like the papules. These other spots I'm seeing are kinda pinkish color and there's quiet a few of them but only seem to be in 1 area. my first thought was possible hpv or genital warts and some people I have fooled around with have told me it kinda looks like hpv/genital warts. However, I been told by guys that do have the warts that there's comes and goes where as mine tend to always stay there and they don't really spread out in different areas they stay in the same spot but they are always there. These spots don't hurt or anything and you really only see them when I am erect and you have to retract the foreskin back very far to get a good view of them. I've tried cleaning the area with warm soap and water with a washcloth but they don't go away. I also have tiny spots on my scrotum sack as well that can be kinda white and yellowish looking, recently I have also noticed a couple skin tags on my scrotum sack. Out of frustration trying to figure this out I made an appointment to have my genitals check and got checked for STD's. Everthing came back clean as far as HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, ect but I've been told that there is no test for men for herpes and HPV. When I had my penis checked for these spots I was told this was no hpv or warts I was just told they were something similar to acne and it was common for uncircumcised penises to get them and not to be alarmed. It still kinda concerns me though because the looks of them do look similar to the warts but I've had them checked 3 times and am being told no but some of my partners are concerned and are thinking it might be as they look similar. I wanted to test it further so I have a friend that does have hpv and he takes pills to keep the outbreaks from happening. He said take a couple of these pills they will not hurt you and if they are the hpv warts they will go away in a few days. If they go away you'll know its the hpv warts if they don't it's not the warts. I took the pills for a couple days and waiting about 2 weeks and the dots look exactly the same in the exact same area. I'm very frustrated with this as if I have herpes I just wanna know and get treatment to take care of them but my friends tell me they think it is but doctors tell me no. I hear it's hard to determine the warts on uncircumcised penises so people get misdiagnosed all the time. it just kinda concerns me with the similarities of how this looks to hpv and I read recently that if you have skin tags on your testicles, that could be a sign of genital warts. If anyone out there is uncircumcised and has seen or experienced anything like this please give me some clues here it's not making me feel very good and I don't like kinda freaking my friends and the people I'm fooling around with out. I didn't wanna post pics for the reason I didn't want to gross people out and that may not be something everyone wants to see so I was being considerate of others. Thank you all for reading my rant.

If I had any kind of medical issue which seriously bothered me and left me feeling unresolved, I’d get the opinions of three specialist MDs (after emailing them pretty much what you wrote above). Sounds like you’ve seen one or two? See a third. And don’t ask random people over the internet to try to diagnose you, or try to research the topic online on your own; medical issues need to be diagnosed in person by licensed and experienced professionals. Good luck

Bud, those are classic HPV penile warts. Most of them are just unsightly, but there are 3 strains of HPV that definitely cause cervical cancers in women. The fact that yours are on the inner layer of your foreskin is cause for concern. You're right, there is no blood test, unfortunately, for HPV, they need to be biopsied. Warts can be treated, generally speaking they cannot be cured. You are infectious and can spread them to others. Until you have a definitive diagnosis, please, do NOT bear back anyone. HPV is a leading cause of anal cancer. (Not that you should be bear backing anyone to begin with). You need to be re-evaluated by a dermatologist, (not his untrained PA), biopsied, and given treatment options. There are several. But please, in the outside chance that you have one of the oncogenic strains (cancer causing), you don't want to just let this slide and hope it goes away. You can wind up with penile cancer, which is rarely fun. Please keep me posted, I'm on your side.
