Hey guys I'm unsure where to post this so I'll put it here :) how do I go about streching my pa out to the next size? It's not that old so I'm unsure as to when I would be able to move up a size.. do I have to wait till the 10ga I have in heals before moving up to an 8?? What would happen if I moved up without letting it heal?

It Depends of when you had your PA done. I upgraded as soon as the wound was healed, and I felt comfortable with the ring.

Thank you for the reply :) I decided yesterday that I'd wait till it's healed before moving up a ga but I will be changing it out for a smaller one asap as my foreskin is making it hard to walk around... It's a mix of discomfort and pleasure that I get when the ball on the ring touches the fabric of my trousers ;)

I used a taper for a couple of weeks after healing. Was a bit of a faff tbh, but when the next size just popped in, I was ecstatic! Patience and time is my best advice :) Happy healing x

I started out with a 10ga and was told to wait at least six-nine months before upsizing. First, the initial wound must heal. Once it heals the natural movement will, over time, cause the hole to stretch as the scar tissue subsides and the surrounding tissue becomes flexible again.

Each time you upsize, the surrounding skin is torn (slightly) and must repair itself. It's a process. It's also happening on a part of your body where you'll want to use the most care / caution. Take your time.

I agree wtih the other posters. Let it fully heal. When I stretched mine, I sat in a hot tub for 20 or so minutes and used a taper to enlarge the fistula. Use plenty of lube and patience
