Question for Bottoms: Gotta pee during sex?

Ive been fucked alot in my life, but I am still tryin to get a handle on something. While Im gettin fucked I get a sensation that I have to pee and I dont know what to do about it. That feelin is the only thing that holds me back whatsoever from gettin pounded for hours!

If anyone has the same sensation and/or any advice I would be SO greatful!

Yeah, it's most likely the prostate being forcefully massaged that gives the sensation that you've gotta let loose. I've gotten that feeling from sex too, a couple of times with fairly large men who knew how to use what they had.

like you novice i have tried to stop midway and try to pee but like you said its with force and only a little comes out.

stoppin to pee also ruins the moment i think... especially cuz i have to do it everytime. im tempted to just see what happens if the top doesnt stop, though ill have to find a top into watersports incase i do wet myself. hehe

Hi hoopy70. If it's a problem, emptying your bladder immediately before sex might help. If you do that and it still happens, I suspect that it may be connected in some way with stimulation of your prostate. Whilst I wouldn't expect there to be anything seriously wrong with a lad of 20, if you're worried I'd make a point of talking it over with your GP. There may be a perfectly simple explanation about which you don't need to worry unduly. However it's worth getting checked out all the same.

I've also noticed this from time to time in my own personal experience as a bottom. It only usually happens after a long session of ass pounding. Having my masters in nursing, here is my clinical opinion on the issue. I'm not certain about this, it's been awhile, but this is my understanding of it.

It's probably from overstimulation of the Vagus nerve. It's one of 12 cranial nerves in the body. Cranial nerves are the major tracts of nerves that allow you to sense your body and move areas of your body. This nerve does a lot of things. One of the things it does...it controls your feelings/sensations in your pelvic area. Like when you bear down to shit, or have to pee, or feel like you need to go, or anything "down there". It also senses stimulation in your pelvic area as well. When you overstimulate this area, thru a lot of anal sex, it is easy to misinterperet what you are feeling down there. You may feel like you need to pee, or poop. But you really don't have to. Your just overstimulated. It can be annoying, or even painful. It can cause bowel cramps, some people will get light headed or dizzy (not in a good way).

It's kind of like when you overwork your computer by having too many programs running at once....sometimes one of the programs screws up, or your computer slows down/crashes.

Your not really 'hurting' your body. Your just overdoing it a little. It's best just to lay down and relax for awhile, take a nap, and leave your ass alone.

Sometimes it happens to guys anytime they have anal sex. with very little stimulation at all. They are just hypersensitive, so much that it is not enjoyable for them. Most of these guys don't like anal, and usually prefer being a top insted. So, it's not always an intimacy issue for these guys.

If your new at being a bottom, you may need to be gentle when your getting fucked, and give yourself a little more time. You may need some time to get used to being fucked in the ass. Not everyone is a 'natural' as anal.

I get that feeling occasionally when the guys dick is really large, but only after we've been at it quite awhile. It's never been more than a mild sensation though, and not enough to be a problem. I thought Buddy's theory of overstimulation made alot of sense.

Now.... I don't want to get into the whole homosexuality is unnatural debate.... thats not even where I want to go.... quite frankly I don't care why we are gay, bi or str8..... so please dont everyone jump on me for saying the prostate wasn't intended to be stimulated internally.... Do you know when you gotta go piss real bad..... and you hold it..... and you eventually lose the sensation for a while ???? and you can hold off a little longer..... That is not always true, as I've had several bottoms loose control and unintentionally urinate while being fucked. While it happens rarely during fucking, it's quite common during fisting, particularly if the bottom is a novice and doesn't empty his bladder first. Note that we are talking about much deeper penetration than during a prostate exam.

It is true that stimulation of the prostate does create a sensation like the need to urinate in many men. Similarly, if your protate is inflamed or irritated, you will often have constant a sensation of needing to urinate, when the bladder is actually empty. However, rough and deep fucking, or fisting, can result in an actual release of urine, particularly if the bladder is quite full. I believe this is because the penis (or fist, as the case may be) does actually press on the bladder, or at least the neck of the bladder above the prostate.

I have one rather humerous story about this. I was fucking a friend of mine at a sex club. We had gone to the sex club because they had rooms with a sling, and neither of us had a sling at home. The intention had been to fist him later, but while I was fucking him, he lost control and pissed all over himself. He was embarassed enough about that. However, as we started to clean up, he noticed a puddle on the floor under the sling, and then found the puddle was very large. I read your response to this topic. I have had this happen to me as of late. I've had orgasmic fluid to release during anal sex only with a partner who is well endowed.
