Yes with loose cut the circumcision scar finishes just at the end of the frenulum. So I think I have all of it.

I think mine is intact. My circumcision was relatively mild. I still have enough loose skin that I can masturbate with a gliding motion (albeit not as fully and smoothly as an uncircumcised guy).

Mine is gone. It upsets me to know that someone removed something so sensitive from me before I was old enough to consent. Not planning on having kids, but if I do, I'll let them choose to get cut when they are older.

I have a remnant of my frenulum, but it's still very sensitive. I can cum by pinching and rubbing it between my thumb and index finger without touching my glans at all.

I have a loose one with quite a bit of underside skin. Frenulum seems to end at the circumcision scar so I think it is all there.
