Question for guys married with children

We had sex all through both my wife's pregnancies. Little less often at first because her boobs were sore at the beginning, but after that she would get really horny. Towards the end she was super horny and wanted to get things moving and sex is a good way to hasten labor and also i stretches the perineum and helps soften the cervix. All good things. After she had the kids, there was nothing for 6 weeks because she had c-sections (first one was facing wrong way up and wouldnt fit out her pelvis, second was scheduled because of the first) so on docs orders nothing till after 6 weeks. then it was less frequent for a while dues to not having as much time, both being tired, and she was uncomfortable how much her boobs would leak when we had sex. the leaking eventually gets better as her boobs get accustomed to a schedule and the sex picks back up in frequency, but all in all pregnancy really didnt put much of a damper on our sex life past that 6 week post natal period. sure it is not as frequent now as it was before kids, just with the time contraints of having two kids, but we still have a very nice sex life. plus, nothing hotter than how big and firm her boobs were when pregnant and even more so when breast feeding.
