Question For Guys Trying To Stretch Their Sack

Regarding us guys who live in colder climates I have a question. We all know that our nuts retract when it's cold out or when we are being physically active. If you put on weights prior to going out in the cold, and at the same time you physically extend yourself (running, climbing, exercising, etc.), your cremaster cord is going to try like hell to pull your nuts in closer to your body, but won't be able to because of the weights. This to me is a classic isometric exercise, with your cord pulling up against a weight pushing down. Here's my question, might we be making our cremaster cord stronger in this situation? If we are making it stronger, will that make it harder to stretch it in the future? Or will the cord become fatigued and quit resisting, making it easier to stretch in the long run?

I have no idea. I have pretty good size balls and no matter what size ball weight or what material it is made out of, (i.e. stretchy versus Metal) my balls are Escape artists and can work their way out-- 1 at a time-- if I don't make a conscious effort to try to relax when my sack retracts. LOL

The cremaster is a muscle, not a cord. You can build muscle strength and still be able to stretch your muscles, providing you stretch regularly. I don't know if wearing weights when cold makes any physical difference other than possible discomfort. When you warm up the muscles will loosen again and your balls will hang like they did before.

I’ve heard of guys getting that muscle cut so the balls hang lower, I would love to get that done as I’m done having kids and not concerned about sperm health. I have one but that won’t hang down in my sack and it bugs me. I would love to have a set of hangers!

Having the muscle cut would probably be irreversible. Have you considered trying scrotox? I hear it is temporary but it might be an option for you.

Just did a serious incline treadmill routine while wearing 1 1/2lbs, and it got me to thinking some more. Even in warm climates, if we exercise, our nuts try to turtle. So I guess I'm saying that oftentimes we are basically doing isometrics with our nuts pushing up and our weights pulling down. So the question remains, are we strengthening our cremaster muscle often times while wearing weights, and does that make it easier or harder to stretch it later on down the road? Perfect world I guess is a hot summer day while we nonchalantly mow our yards or take a leisurely stroll. Unfortunately/fortunately for me, like Tina Turner said, "I don't ever do nothing nice and easy"!!!

Tight nuts here, I use a number of stretchy cock rings around the sack, 3-4 of them, hours at a time mostly inside, 4-6 times a week for 3 or more hours. Over the last year I have added about half an inch of new skin, now in addition to the rings, I have a neoprene stretcher. The feel of stretching is amazing and addictive.

I have lots of skin its just the muscle wont let my nuts hang to the bottom of my bag. I have about an inch of skin below my nuts. I don't think I need this muscle any more as I'm not having any more kids so not worried about sperm health.

I use steel rings for stretching. Gallery shows two but now I use one larger one of 16oz approx. A bit difficult to get it on in cool weather but easier now that I have been doing it for some months and pulled the sack down. It is important to measure ands buy the right size so that ball(s) will not retreat up and the hole lot fall off
It is great' feels wonderful and even when not wearing the rings, the lower hanging balls feel good.
I assume I am pulling down the creamaster muscle...but not bothered as it feels good, whatever it is that I am doing;)

I've stretched my sack for years. In my experience, the more you stretch the easier it is to stretch further regardless of temperature. Wearing 22 oz. since yesterday afternoon - my sack now, just after 3 hours of raking leaves in 45° temp (not very cold, but not warm):

I have been wearing my weights this late fall much more often then years past. While I pondered the effect of wearing weights in the cold on my cremaster muscle, what I have found is that my hang after removing the weights this fall (after that initial turtling), is every bit as good as during the summer (maybe a touch better in fact).

Do most of you freeball while stretching when out of the house or do you wear underwear?

Freeball overnight and at home, wear big pouch briefs under sweats or the "right" pants when out.

Over a rubber stretcher and over 30 oz steel collars:

I am starting to believe that wearing weights in the cold may be more beneficial or at least equally beneficial as wearing them in the hot summer. My thinking is this: your sack is going to relax during the warm months whether you wear weights or not, but your sack will surely turtle during the colder weather if you don't have weights on. I think that proportionally speaking, since our sacks can't turtle while wearing weights in the cold, we are actually generating more stretch then during warmer weather.

Regarding freeballing, I never wear any underwear regardless of how much weight I have on. When I have weights on for sure I want my boys to be able to completely hang unencumbered for maximum hang. Walking around while wearing weights is the absolute best time to get the most out of the stretching, so no way I want to interfere with that. Besides, it feels so freaking good to be walking around and feeling all of that movement!!!

So with the wind chill factor it was zero today. I only had on 1 1/2lbs and had my junk inside the slit I made in the liner of my pants, so not much material to keep anything warm since I was freeballing as well. Went on a nice long woods hike with my dogs. Naturally my balls would have been nestled up tight in this kind of environment, but with just that much weight on, my balls were hanging fully when I got back home and checked them out. Very pleased about that.
