Hey guys - hope there are some massage therapists out there that can offer some insight!

Have had a number of massages from gay guys that ended with a Happy Ending - amazing experience. A couple of the guys also pulled out their dick and let me stroke it while he was stroking me...

So here is the question: if you have been in a similar situation do you want the guy to keep stroking you until you cum? or do you let them touch you just so they can get off easier? I'm not a CMT but I've had a number of HE (happy ending) massages over the years. Some will let you touch them, some won't. Of those that will let you touch them, it's mostly been rare that they cum... probably for a variety of reasons: some are focused on finishing the work in the time allotted, so can't get into the groove enough to cum; some will charge more if you want them to cum as their cum and the ability to get hard again may limit how many sessions they can do in a day; and some are just letting you touch them to enhance your experience and aren't interested in cumming (indeed, some of those guys may not even get very hard during the session).

I have gotten a few HE massages too. It has been a mix of experiences and you can never predict who will and who won't cum. I would say only a minority would for the reasons already mentioned above. I have had a few that have mentioned they would charge extra for cumming and they must be told in advance. It also depends on how turned on they are during. I have had experiences where i enjoyed pleasuring them more and helping them to cum rather than me cumming. Usually if a therapist cums, it will be after they have helped you cum. How did you find this person? If they are on a gay-oriented massage site, then most of those have some way of indicating "theraputic/sensual/erotic" as to what type of work they do. Sensual usually just means a handjob; erotic is (in most cases) an escort type experience that starts with some back rub.

Usually if they're doing something more sexual they will find opportunities to "accidentally" brush your balls, or drag a finger across your hole while massaging your ass. On the flip, they'll reach over to massage your opposite leg, dragging their forearms across your dick. If they get a rise from it, they may just dive into a handy, or may ask if you "want that rubbed too." At this point, the more adventurous may also offer more on the sexual menu, but will sometimes want to negotiate the additional fees. I always find that a bit manipulative... they're hoping you're so horned up that you'll just agree. If they try to extract any additional fees, I usually demure with a "no, sorry I need to save that for my wife tonight..." But YMMV.

I’m a massage therapist. I do naked sensual massage so it does involve my clients getting ‘happy endings’ and more. I advertise as a sensual masseur so it’s clearly a sexual service which helps avoid any misunderstanding.
If you want a great massage including arousal and climax then it’s best to book a masseur who provides that rather than a therapeutic massage because the masseur is not put in an awkward position.

No, it happens even in totally therapeutic massage sessions and most CMTs will have seen this and won't be surprised. If it's not a sexual massage, the CMT will ignore it. Just don't acknowledge it, and certainly don't start touching yourself. You won't "get in trouble" unless you try to make an issue of it in a way that's not within the boundaries of what the CMT is actually providing.
