Questions about PE

    I have high hopes for this system but I do have a few questions to ask. For number 3 it says do 100 reps but earlier in the guide it says 40 reps for the first week. Im confused.

    also I am curious as to what is meant by jiggling the penis to end the jelqing session.

    Sorry if I'm missing something obvious here just want to clarify. I hope to use these exercises to be a legitimate member of LPSG :rolleyes:

    The 40 reps is an example of how you increase the intensity of the routine as you progress. Those numbers are examples to illistrate a point. It makes the point that you start low, and end the cycle higher than when you started. You rest for a week, then you start low again, but not as low as when you first started the whole thing.

    Another word for jiggling is shaking. You shake the penis up and down, kind of like when you finish taking a piss, but more vigorously.

    And dont be sorry, you are not the first to ask that question about the 40.

    Once finished with jelqing how many "jiggles" should a beginner do?

    If you jiggle too many times you may have to confront an erection which must be dealt with. I would advise stop the jiggling before the tickle comes.

    many thanks for the info. I've been attempting the PE for a few days now and can already feel a difference in erection strength :smile:

    About 30-60 seconds or so- just enough to feel some blood rushing to your glans (penis head).
