Make sure you guys are using a pump with a gauge, properly sized cylinders (not too big), use plenty of lube and take frequent 1-5 minute breaks. Monitor your progress in the tube with hand mirrors and make sure that you keep fresh circulation in and out of your penis by slightly moving the tube... I usually like to wiggle the tube a bit, do some small very mild jacking and maybe repetitively tap on the tube with my fingers (helps with circulation).

Just be careful fellas... pumping without a gauge is penile suicide.

i have a pump with a guage and it says not to go above 6hg in the instructions , but i get tiny red dots even at 4-5hg am i still using too much pressure do is it something i will get conditioned too?

I haven't pumped with a gauge, so I've always gone by feel.

It shouldn't hurt and I generally pump for 20 minutes or less. Your petechiae will darken and fade away eventually, but you should go slower with less pressure so it doesn't happen again.

In general, time works to your advantage. Beginners always try to make results happen with pressure instead, and that's when the problems start. Getting a good seal is also important.

Using the right sized tube, seal, and a good lube (particularly one that doesn't dry out quickly) help you maintain the vacuum and then you don't have to work the pump as often. Getting the right seal (some tubes have interchangeable sizes) will prevent your balls from being sucked in.

If your tube or pump doesn't have a valve to relieve the suction, take periodic breaks (e.g., every 5 minutes). Pull out and switch hands, reapply lube, etc.

I did a measurement conversion. I think 3.5 - 4.5 Hg is a safe range. Staying above 4.5 is a very bad idea.

There is also the possibility that your gauge is inaccurate, so stay on the conservative side for safety.

thanks for the info ,

i do get a good seal i reccently got a new tube that fits way better. i do see much expansion at all at 3HG , i may still with 3.5 hg as my max for a while and see if i dont get red dots and after a month go up to 4HG

current routine is
5min 2.5HG lower pressure to 0 but dont break seal
5 min 3HG repeat above
5 min 3.5HG come out of tube

5 min 3.5HG lower to 0 dont break seal
5 min 4.G repeat above
5 min 4.5 come out of tube

i think the question is when i am going to 4.5 HG how long should i take to get there pump wait 30seconds and pump again until i hit desired HG?

You can go right to 4.0 - 4.5 Hg... the question is how long it takes to drop pressure (i.e., how well does the vacuum maintain). It shouldn't be dropping quickly. It should stay in the 3.5 - 4.5 Hg range for 30 seconds to a minute at least, otherwise you're dealing with a mediocre seal, i.e., you should be able to hit the target pressure and not pump for a while.

The regimen looks good otherwise. You're right not to try to keep full pressure for the entire session. Make sure to give everything a clean and gentle massage with a warm towel afterwards and add some moisturizer if you have some.

thanks for the advice , so i can just pump to 4hg right away ? its just the red dots i am trying to avoid.

i get a good seal i think? i will pump and it isnt until after minute or so the pressure will go down by half a hg , but this would be my expansion ?

That is the whole idea!

Fast expansion just means fluid buildup and damaged blood vessels. Yes, the immediate results are way more visible but you'll end up with a deformed lump and long term damage.

As a general rule of thumb, your blood vessels should be visible at all times - once they disappear under a layer of fluid you are no longer working on any long term gains.
You'll want to target the tunica, which is a layer of connective tissue holding the underlying erectile tissue in place. It is tough and ultimately limits the size to which your erection can grow. By progressively overexpanding your erectile tissue, the tunica itself becomes larger and you start gaining girth and length.

Here are some tips that have helped me effectively target the tunica:

  1. Enter the tube with a 100% erection and try to maintain it for as long as possible - watching porn can help, gentle milking is also pretty good
  2. Start with a lower Vaccum (e.g. < 2 Hg) and give yourself time to "warm up"
  3. Increase the vaccum by smaller increments - for example don't go up from 1 Hg to 5 Hg instantly. Try to stay at 2 Hg for 15 minutes, then move up to 2.5 or 3, etc.
  4. Limit your "time in tube" to 30 min initially (the more experience you gain, the longer time total)
  5. Before starting your pumping session and after, try to add a jelqing routine
Have fun and stay safe!
