Hi All,

I've had a few years off using my Bathmate X40, however used it for a week or two when i moved into my new place a few months ago. I Found when i started using it for a week or two that although i was using a relatively high pressure, even when i pumped for a short duration i was seeing an edema forming but not as much length etc. as i had previously seen.

Has anyone got any tips on starting back again, should i go for a low pressure and a short time say 5 minutes and build back up?

previously i was able to pump for long periods and relatively hard pressures also, as you can maybe see in some of my pictures.

Oh before people ask, I'm around 8x6, but when i pump, previously i was getting to around 8.5x8 inches, understand thats quite fat.

Thanks

so the main reason he's saying to keep hydrated is because of homeostasis. to overcome the form that the body is used to, you will need to have more water in you than usual on average until that is the new "normal" for the body, to be able to keep the gains.

fun fact, you will have gains if you're not at the highest setting you can stand, and avoid any of the edema/water blisters, by using a lesser intensity (I'm not saying half, but easily 3/4s) you'll be able to make gains easier until you've caught back up to what you could handle before.

Don't forget this is the one penis you have so please... treat it with care. (tough love is probably ok)
