I heard that when you start PE you get quick gains that eventually slow down. That's fine. My only interest is half an inch both in L and W, so would quick burst gains from starting cover that? I actually don't want anymore than that .5".
There's what's known in the PE world as the "easy inch". Like anything else, there's a law of diminishing returns, but I suspect you won't have too much trouble achieving your very modest goals.
For most men, the gains seem to be 1/2 inch in girth for every inch in length. Remember that you're measuring the circumference of the penis though, so that 1/2 inch actually contributes quite a bit to penile volume.
