Hey great forum. I have some questions.

I dont want surgery to enlarge my penis or take pills.

If i do PE , will the gains be permanent? or do i have to constantly do PE

Also how long does it take to see gains? im in no rush, if it takes a year thats fine aslong as it improves.

And finally is it safe to bet off while im training

Bro its time consuming. It's worth it so take the plunge. Read the beginners thread n go from there. Be very patient and read. For your own good read because what works for me, may or may not work for you. Good luck n welcome
