Quick release connectors for pump cylinders?

Can anyone tell me where I can get some quick release connectors for a penis pump. The one I have doesn't seem to seal very well with the male connector.

Hopefully a local store or what in the heck these are actually called. I don't think it would be appropriate to explain to a store clerk what i'm looking for by it's intended purpose.
