Quick Stretch question

    Just a few quick questions then we can let this thread just bury itself

    So I plan on doing stretches again. My plan is to do it in the morning when I wake up and when I go to sleep (The only two times I have time to myself), how long in each session should I stretch to actually see results (Obviously not immediately but gradual).

    And whats better, masturbating before or after stretching?

    Damnit, can't figure out how to edit and delete my posts. Heres my current routine, when I'm not too tired to do it. Mon-Fri, Wake up and warm up penis with a towel soaked in warm/hot water for a few minutes. Stretch penis by pulling it in each direction for about 30 seconds each. When I pull it up (I'm laying down) I will also move in cirlces. I do 5 reps and it usually lasts for 10 minutes when I'm done. I'll repeat before I go to bed. Usually I'd masturbate right after.

    I do lot of stretching in bed AM and PM combined with squeezing and I may get a mid day session in also for wet jelqing. A session my be only a few minutes (5 to 10) minutes and on a regular basis a good session is 45 minutes plus with 100's of reps. Always done as time and circumstanceds permit.
