Can't say exactly, but I'm 5.5 and Magnum is way too tight. I go with the Magnum XL.

My girths 61/2. 7 on my best days and magnums just fit. Tried polyurithine and couldn't get it on and I paid 10.00 for a box of 3.

I just got this from a website, seems they are only regular in girth

length=205mm (8.07 inches)
width=55mm (2.17 inches)
thickness=.07mm (.003 inches)
