Not sure, but the stereo-type always seemed pretty true to me. I'll never forget the time my suburban High School team went to play an inner city team in Detroit. Most of the guys on our team felt they were pretty well hung, 4-5" flaccid probably, but were dwarfed by many of the inner city Black players. Since it was a exhibition game, we used the same locker room. No, there was no comparing of errections! There was quite a little shocked talk about it on the way back to the suburbs on the bus!
Made little or no difference to me as I was late in puberty and still REALLY small no matter who I was compared to. . .for some reason I was fairly tall and muscular enough to compete in basketball. . .though, of course, the black guys ran, jumped, and shot circles around us, all of us, including me.
