I agree with nude that it is a bit naive to think that not working is somehow better or moot than working, even if it is retail, for future prospects. *snip*

Bravo sir. I've had to rebuild my references from the bottom up many times from living in 3 provinces in the last five years, and every time, I started with volunteer work, which ultimately got me a job. Neither has ever had anything to do with my future career. And speaking of which, if I get into some accident and I can't physically do what I want to with music, then I have three salaried positions I could slip into any time I wanted.

If nothing else, future employers will see that money isn't why you're doing the job and that your experiences are varied, making you a flexible person who could adjust to anything.

Consequently, my father has been faithful to my mother for 46 years of marriage and vice versa.

Times are different.

It's a shame men like my grandfather are no longer here and morals are as common as hens teeth with todays parents.

Well, I think that people will have to know what is morally acceptable and come to a consensus to whatever those morals are. Parents have to really watch out for their kids. You have to show them that their actions have repercussions.

A friend of mine has been buying his 17 year old stepson condoms, so he can screw his 16 year old girlfriend. IMO the boy needs to get a job and buy his own damned condoms. Or since she is pretty much the town bicycle, she needs to be buying the condoms herself. :angryfire2:
How about paying for other methods of birth control to be used along with condoms?

Bottomline: If you can't afford birth control, then you can't afford to fuck. If they have a lot of time to fuck...they can get some jobs.

So how do y'all go about raising your sons and daughters to have morals?

Find out what are morals and come to a consensus. Parents and family are the teachers of what is morally acceptable.

I wish, and only wish, someone went to the uni and worked at the same time!
That is impossible here, cause our education was/is still in the 18th century!
And when u finish your uni, and your masters, well, u still can`t find a job!
I think i`ll start my doctorate soon:):):)

You need to go for that job i told you about at the Casino Royale in Monetenegro.:biggrin1:
