'publicans & D'ocrats slow roasted on a stick with veggies.:biggrin1:.

From the list I'll take pork with beef as a close 2nd.

Hey you guys who like lamb but abstain. As a lamb lover, I've got great news for you. As I had to explain to one of my friend who was berating me for my love of, and expert cooking of lamb, not to worry! They have invented little carts that they hook up on the back end of the little critters, so they can still get around when their rear legs are removed for our pleasure. True! (He looked at me in disbelief after this sunk in.)

i get the penis trick!!

meat is meat

chicken is chicken

beef, lamb, chicken, fish are all faves

i never eat veal! one of my protests to cruel and unusual punishment.

Lamb is young mutton, and veal is young beef. I do not see why eating one and not the other is a protest of any kind.

I voted for lamb. It's my favorite meat by far.
I tend to think of meat as mammalian flesh, so wouldn't tend to count chicken or fish ... though in a larger sense, they are meat.
I also wouldn't link pork and ham.
Ham is cured, and you could easily prefer one far more than the other.

Ham is not always cured...hams are also sold as "fresh hams" which means that they are not previously injected with a curing (brine) solution or smoked.
