My sweetie Rem's mom got me a mixer for Christmas. I want to try making tamales sometime, now that I have something to more easily make the tamale dough from masa.

I also found a recipe for no knead sweet rolls that have a raspberry filling and a lemon/cream cheese frosting that I want to try.

I've also been eyeing some no-bake cheesecake recipes, since receiving the mixer.

I need friends to live closer so I can share food. An entire cheesecake in a household of two when one of them has lactose sensitivity is a bad time.

likely white fellas discarded surplus/they probably had the education to have read them huh

i treasured it, never read them tho/probably because i couldent read, but your god, did i ever keep that ancient old book till i was late teens ha
