hey I have a cardiac stress test in February.

What are some good sound surefire ways to loose weight quickly but not put my health into any more risk obviously.

You don't look like you need to lose a lot of weight. Old photos in your gallery? :)

Anyway, reduce calorie intake and expend more calories in exercise. Works every time.

Cardio, cut out sugar, starches, and fats. Try the one meal a day thing but do your cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. Get your butt into a sauna at least 3 times a week to increase stored fat burning too. Check out some of Thomas DeLauer's youtube videos. Good luck mate!

Is there any scientific evidence that sauna time increases fat burn rather than promoting short term weight loss through sweating? It would be great if there was...

inquiry the stress test was brought on by what? it would be foolish to recommend anything without knowing a bit more

Start using an app like MyFitnessPal. Track what you eat. I had no intention of losing weight but lost close to 10 pounds within a few weeks simply by recording my food, looking at the calories, and 1) making good food choices and 2) deciding whether I was really hungry when I thought I was, based on the day’s calories.

Looking at these posts,I would strongly recommend you look at the pics of the person giving said advice.

because naturally if you want to get taller, you ask a tall person how they did it....also a book with a bunch of $ signs on it is sure to tell you how to get rich....

You can't make yourself taller.
But, you can get financial information which may help you improve your income.
Quite possibly one of the dumbest posts I've read from you...... And, given your post history, that's one heck of a feat! Lol
Also, weren't you the one that started a thread asking about diets because so many people were saying you should lose weight?
If you don't have the knowledge to help yourself, why on Earth would you think you could help somebody else?

In one week, I lost 3kg (6.6lbs) by eating less than 500 calories a day. No cardio exercise.

No breakfast, then just high fiber crackers (120 cal) for lunch and then an apple (ca. 100 cal) for dinner. I got around 200 cal daily from pineapple juice.

Of course I had to return to normal diet after that week but now I tend to eat less because I get full quickly.

I would think,go get stress test done then worry about the rest,it will only take 10 to 15 min. if that on the treadmill,
