In addition to the possibilities, T.I.P supposedly stands for Ten Inch Playa, so he just might be packin. In his movie ATL, there's a scene where he's talking to his uncle, and u can see that thang just swingin around in his gym shorts. If he is packin, i think its probably average thickness
