how many years u built this gorg body?

Been lifting weights since I was diagnosed with diabetes in 1991. I've used this as a way to contol my blood sugar.

If you own a mirror, you already know you look good, better than most guys. So not clear on what you want here? You want us to rate you , as compared to what ? Are you trying to get bigger, more defined ? What ? Or do you ust need an ego boost ?

I guess you could say I'm looking for an ego boost. Grwoing up was kind of difficult--see my post Teased due to size for details. Recently had my birthday and I guess I'm trying to prove to myself that I don't look half bad for my age. As I said, I know I'm being vain, but most guys are. Thanks for listening to me gripe!
