I guess more diet-wise. Do you cook for yourself, eat out, etc. Fooled around a bit in high school, but really started lifting when I was 20. It was on and off, but it's been pretty consistent in the last 1.5-2 years. Since then, I've developed routines which have seemed to work for me (including aerobics). Just wondering over the years what you've been eating, how you've maintained your physique, and how improved fitness has affected other parts of your life.
