I gave myself a 9 out of 10, based on my life experience. I'm pretty darn excellent at math, but the upper throes of calculus began to kick my ass.

I think as long as you understand the basics of math as an infinite series of solutions of certain differential equations, allowing their extension to arbitrary positive and negative values and even to complex numbers you can get on in life just fine.
