Warner MEDIA who opened the investigation, haven't reported anything of the sort. Warner BROS, who are the ones under investigation, are doing their best to discredit him. He's spent over two years building his case, and Jason Momoa (Aquaman) voiced his support a few hours ago. Ray's said he's prepared to take the brunt of any damage standing up to the abusers will cause; he doesn't want to make things difficult for other cast and crew members. A decent guy AND a hunk.

Wait, what? I’m late to the party... what’s happened?

Ray's accusing Joss Whedon of abusive behaviour towards various cast and crew members during the reshoots of Justice League in 2017 when he took over from Zack Snyder (who was basically forced off the job during a family tragedy) and claims Joss was enabled by then chief creative officer Geoff Johns and producer Jon Berg. Ray also accused current DC Films president Walter Hamada of requesting that he lay off Geoff Johns recently (because he's got a hand in several upcoming DC films as well as their TV shows) and if he did so Hamada would let him throw Berg and Whedon under the bus instead. It's no secret that WB often allow hostile work environments on many of their films, but Justice League seems to have been the worst in recent years, which is why fans as well as the cast and crew of the film have demanded Snyder's original version be released, and it finally will in 2021 thanks to AT&T buying WB/HBO. This article describes things pretty well.
