I was wondering, is it possible for those men that are told to have a circumcision because of tightness that they can get a cut and then somehow have the skin sort of sewed together maybe with a skin graft connecting so the skin is no longer tight? Of course getting the skin graft tissue from their own body.

If you have phimosis and don't want to lose your foreskin, you can have what is called a dorsal slit. A single dorsal slit will widen the foreskin but make it ugly. There are techniques now where they will do multiple slits around the foreksin to give it a less uneven look compared to a single one.

Partial circumcision will yield better results though and still leave your glans partly covered.

I don't see why anyone would opt for a dorsal slit (or 'partial' circumcision) when a preputioplasty accomplishes the same with vastly better results.

Young Native: A preputioplasty is a dosrsal slit. (or rather a number of dorsal slits all the way around). (so some slits aren't "dorsal", but you get the idea.
