There is a Vast amount of information on this forum already, and new threads of "Do pumps work" clutters the board with identical opinions of the last "Do pumps work" thread.

Please READ this forum before posting. All of your answers should be listed already (10 times), and if you don't find the answer your looking for, then ask.

What works for some people, may not work for others. Plain and simple.
The best thing you can do, is READ the threads of personal experiences, and base your decisions off of those examples.
Sure there's filler. Learn to identify it, and learn to weed through it.

Next, read my other post, they did not get banned for speaking the truth they got banned for promoting and talking about a product they have personal stake in (Ex. owns shares of the company) and it can be considered Spam.

Again, he is part of the company that he was defending and talking about, it could be considered Spam/Advertising. If he did more then talk about just that product and did not mention he worked for that company theres a good chance he would still be here today.

(Unless he had Mult. Accounts as well)

For everyone's knowledge pumps do work... pump at low hg 4-6. And do this 5x a week for a few months and you will some some gains.
