Feh, it's easy to tell if a woman is fake or not.
If they strip naked on webcam for me and show me their pussy, then they're a real woman.
If they don't, well, fuck if I know!

As Patch said I've only recently taken over the group, when Tink made it she accepted women who weren't photo verified but who we all knew without a doubt were women, I'm not going to throw women off who I know 100% are women but who aren't photo verified who were already members, but on the other hand I'm no longer going to accept women who aren't photo verified to my satisfaction (no photos of hands, feet or photos of a close up boob amongst a gallery of gorgeous full body pics) even if it's someone who had her boobs out on cam in the chat room. The group rules are photo verified women so that's what I'm sticking to from now on.
Unfortunately there have been a few people join the site who've photoshopped their verification signs to a standard where they're going to fool anyone at a quick glance, if a few of these slip past that's regrettable but I'm not a computer expert and I'm just doing my best to make a group where we can sound off and hope that the replies we receive are from other real women.
The members who are in the list who have banned under their name were banned by the site, the group doesn't have any ability to ban people, just to throw them out of the group. I have thrown a couple of people out who had pics which weren't theirs, I've asked the ladies who were in the group before I joined if they'd provide some sort of pic, but I'm not going to throw someone out who I know is a woman for lack of verification, however there won't be any more new members who haven't verified.
I have messaged a good few of the 'I know they're ladies ladies' asking that they post some sort of pic and I have messaged some asking that they verify, but it's a net site, some people might not use it for a few weeks at a time so I haven't been in a hurry to sort the group out.
Incidentally the group isn't all draconian with a million rules, the one rule is that you're a woman.
As Patch also mentioned we know which women are women, and we know which ones are faking it, sometimes we feel a little paranoid about how often we feel someone is a guy, unfortunately time always proves our suspicions to be true.

I'm sure there are real women who don't post photos, they won't be in the Real Ladies Group on here though.
Many businesses are male dominated, but unless you're working in the male dominated sex industry I'm pretty sure a faceless naked pic won't be recognised by co-workers.

Your rules, no problem. I did think that another member's suggestion of having a voice or visual verification (perhaps done in chat?) by a trusted member, (say, Kotchanski, Pecker, you or another respected member) might be an option to consider.
I brought up the point because other people can recognize a faceless naked pic. A former co-worker of mine broke up with a guy who became incensed. He recognized her body from on-line pictures (knowing which sites she frequented) and posted pics to her co-workers, as well as posting her name and phone number on-line. She, unfortunately,
left the job over the resulting mess.

The men here have an advantage that the women don't: they have seen, time and time again, the photo sets used by fake females that have been circulating the 'net for years.
Yeah I've seen men who are able to remember a naked photo from years ago, there must be some evolutionary advantage to it.
I did think of a voice or visual verification luvthembig, but then decided that wouldn't really be fair to the ladies who'd taken the time (and possible risk) of posting a verification pic.
