Ok ladies (and gents) ive been thinking and besides the obvious gentalia what makes a man 'A MAN' and not a boy?

Is it physical, does a large appendage make a guy more of a man, Is it personality, characterisitcs, honesty, trustworthy, Is it something he says or does, Is it when he goes to buy you tampons and dosent care if his mates see him or maybe caring about his family and friends before his own needs?

That question has been here often, so I'll cut the answer short: It's NOT the size of his appendage. I've had young guys who were well-hung and more of a man than older guys who were not so hung, and vice-versa. It's maturity that differs men from boys, and it doesn't necessarily come with his numeric age.

I still can't get a drink in a certain bar! A damned good question though. I tend to think of people in their 40s as definately "men", but I'm a bit blurry around the edges. I don't like people calling me 'sir' for a start.

what makes a man, is it the wo-man in his arms,
just cuz she has big tit-ties,
or is it the way he fights every-day-ah,

Let me clarify the assumptions associated with the terminology here:

Assumption:

1. "Real man" = not womanly.
2. "Womanly" = self-centred, child rapist and liar.

Therefore, for "real man", think Gary Cooper's character in High Noon. For "womanly", think Condoleeza Rice.

Cooper's lawman stood alone in the face of danger, afraid but dutiful, he took on personal responsibility largely selflessly.
