Thats the guy from Matters of size , he claim he devolved a method to enlarge your penis by continues tugging and pulling , actually its a program he sells on his web site , not sure of claim , I sort of went after him in couple of threads on his web site , had a whole bunch of defenders to back him up and his claim , the other picture he was a broken wooden ruler he was measuring with , this one is a METAL MEASURING STICK LOOK AT THE INCHES ON THE METAL STICK >>THEY LOOK PRETTY SMALL TO ME ..which it might be a trick photography there ...he is 8 inches or so not more ...
