So true. He's been looking better lately. At one point he was aging bad but looks amazing these days. So handsome.

I learned a lot from his YouTube fitness vids back in the day. There’s a lot of fake-natural in the industry but I do believe he doesn’t do roids. In fairness though I met him in person and he was so short - it was one of those times I really realised how built shorter men can look and how the optics of the camera can conceal it so well - porn being a perfect example.

He was grand to be honest. He was over in Dublin at the time doing promotion for Glanbia, presumably from a nutritional persective. What I can say is that he is the same in the pics as in real life.

How short is he? Internet said he's 5'10 which is not short. But honestly he look 5'7. I've seen photos of him with his wife and they are of similar height (and size tbh).
And yeah he's absolutely a prime example of Instagram jacked. Like he has good proportions, a small head and well-developed muscles, so it looks good on camera alone. I wonder how he looks next to other fitness influencers. (Not that I'm against a pocket hunk.)

Sometimes my trainer will send me Scott’s training videos as form reference guides and they are very cringe. He SCREAMS at the camera and his breath technique is beyond frightening. Good form though
